All personal information received by GuitarHype, will remain confidential.

While a member of GuitarHype, you will not:

• Violate our policies or third party rights and all terms and conditions. 
• Post defamatory, misleading, libelous or false content (including personal information). 
• Distribute viruses, post spam, chain letters, unsolicited communications that will lead to schemes, that may harm GuitarHype.
• Distribute, copy or modify any contents, copyrights and trade marks from GuitarHype website.
• Manipulate or interfere with the individual or collectively membership fee structure and billing process. 
• Post inappropriate language or content against other members. 
• Post, transfer, distribute or collect information about other members, without their consent, including but not limited to pictures, profile, email address etc.
